Medieval boat raised from riverbed in the Netherlands
A 500-year-old medieval ship has been raised from a riverbed in the Netherlands.
A team of construction workers found the 20 metre long vessel.
They had been digging up the port in Kampen when they made the discovery.
Archaeologists used a specially made metal frame and straps to act as a harness so that they could pull the boat out of the water.
It's really rare to find a medieval boat so well preserved.
