How do you swim like a mermaid or merman?

Have you ever wanted to swim like a mermaid? Well, these kids have been trying it out!

A swimming pool centre in Hastings in the south of England is teaching kids how to swim like mermaids and mermen.

They have been using specially made swim-suits, which have mermaid tails.

This allows the swimmer to move in a similar way to a dolphin, using a kicking motion.
