'Nobody's safe' - Downie sisters on Rio 2016 selection

British gymnastic super-star sisters, Becky and Ellie Downie, popped in to the Newsround studio this morning to chat with Martin.

The sisters from Nottingham recently won medals at the European Gymnastics Championships in Switzerland.

Becky Downie won gold on the uneven bars, and her sister Ellie took two silver medals on the vault and floor.

Becky was delighted to deliver the routine that she wants to use at the Olympics.

But the sisters revealed that when it comes to getting picked for Team GB, nobody's safe..
