Meet the family winning gold medals in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Meet Zuri, Amar and Nia, these kids are collecting some serious silverware competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions all over the world and they're all from the same family.

All three are European Gold Medal Champions!

It all started when their mum Sherise took them to a Saturday class to keep them busy.

They just fell in love with the sport and now they've got their parents involved too.
