Liam Payne: 'I got all my news from Newsround!'

BBC Radio 1's Teen Awards took place at The SSE Arena, Wembley, on Sunday with performances from The Vamps, Camila Cabello and Dua Lipa.

As well as handing out awards to sports, entertainment and online stars, the awards also recognise 'Teen Heroes' who inspire others.

The four winning teenagers include siblings Holly and Oliver who set up a mental health charity, 17-year-old Charlotte who helped give a voice to kids in care, and Harrison who has been inspiring others to tackle obesity.

Ayshah caught up with superstar Liam Payne on the red carpet to talk to him about why the awards are so special and who inspired him as a teenager!
