Manchester Arena Attack: 'It's nice to know you're not alone'

It's been six months since the attack at the Ariana Grande concert in the Manchester Arena.

Friends Emily and Lauren were both there together.

They've been telling Newsround how speaking to each other and their school counsellor has really helped them process what happened.

Hayley's also been to meet a choir in North Wales who sing Ariana Grande songs to help them share how they're feeling since the attack.
