Winter Olympics 2018: What is the skeleton?

If you're a big fan of winter sports you'll probably be excited that there's now just 17 days until the Winter Olympics begins in South Korea.

Two of Team GB's skeleton racers, reigning Olympic champion Lizzy Yarnold and first-timer Laura Deas, popped into the Newsround studio to talk about their hopes for the games.

They told Martin what the skeleton is all about and how excited they are to compete.
