Mars InSight mission: What will the Nasa InSight lander be doing?

The Nasa InSight lander touched down on Mars on Monday.

It will be studying what goes on deep beneath the surface of Mars, which is something that has never been done before.

Scientists hope the mission will teach us more about not only Mars, but also other rocky planets like it, both inside and outside our solar system.
