Christmas is a wonderful time of year, but all the extra waste we create isn't!

Each year the UK creates millions of tonnes of waste - local councils in England collected 22.8 million tonnes in 2016 alone!

And all the presents being wrapped and cards being sent during the festive period only add to that number.
