Who was Mary Anning?

Mary Anning is one of the most important fossil hunters who ever lived - but, during her lifetime, she did not get recognition or credit for the work that she did.

She lived during Victorian times and started fossiling from a young age with her father and brother.

Mary went on to make some incredible discoveries that changed what the world knew about prehistoric times.
