Sir David Attenborough receives Blue Peter green badge

Sir David Attenborough has received a green Blue Peter badge.

He's been awarded the badge to recognise his work inspiring young audiences to care for the environment.

His new documentary series, Seven Worlds, One Planet, has been four years in the making and puts the message of looking after the planet "at the heart" of each episode.

It will be on TV from Sunday October 27 2019.
