Meet Molly and her support dog Chess

Molly has cerebral palsy so Chess the support dog helps her out with every day activities.

Molly's condition means that her brain has difficulty communicating with her muscles, and that affects the way she walks and talks.

Chess was trained by a charity that is funded by Children in Need appeal.

She tells us what it means for her to have a suport dog.
