Meet Geremia.

He lives in Venice in Italy, a city surrounded by water with canals instead of roads and boats instead of cars.

But in recent months Venice has seen unusually high water and extreme floods.

Many people blame this on climate change, now Geremia wants the world to take climate action to save his city.
