Diversity: Meet the group helping inner-city kids experience the equestrian world

Black, Asian and minority ethnic children are less likely to take part in sports including golf, horse-riding, rugby and swimming compared to white children.

That's according to figures from Sport England, which provides funding for lots of different sports.

Some children don't have the opportunity to try out these types of sports for lots of different reasons, but there are organisations trying to change that.

Azeezah's Junior Pony Club in Leicester aims to get more inner city children from diverse backgrounds into the world of equestrianism.

Before the lockdown started, Newsround paid the club a visit to find out more.
