Lockdown heroes: Your thank you messages

People all over the UK are being asked to join in a national day of thanks on Sunday 5 July.

It's all about showing how grateful we are to those who have helped us, and others, during the coronavirus outbreak and lockdown.

It's the NHS's birthday on that date too and so the Clap for our Carers is making a return at 5pm.
