Reservoirs - they might sound like a fancy place for a nice, cool dip on a hot, sunny day, but they are more dangerous than they first appear.

Many reservoirs - which are manmade bodies of water - look very inviting but are actually quite deep and very, very cold.

We spoke to Jon Glenn from Safe Swim to find out why reservoirs should always be avoided and for some tips on how you can have a fun outdoor swim elsewhere.
