Meet two film-making environmental champions

Two young film-makers have told Newsround what motivated them to make short films that explained how to make small changes to help the planet, and end throwaway culture.

From re-purposing your clothes to thinking about the things you use everyday, here's how some shocking stats and a desire to bring about positive change motivated Angelica and Yasmin to get filming.

Their films were made for Action for Conservation, a young people's conservation charity, as part of its WildWEB programme - which is an environmental education scheme.
