Gymnastics superstar Simone Biles has been getting support from across the world after pulling out of two events at the Tokyo Olympics to focus on her mental health.

She is the most successful US gymnast of all time.

Newsround spoke to some young British gymnasts to hear their messages for the American Olympian, and hear how they deal with the stress of competing.
