Swimming superstar Adam Peaty might have made history at the Tokyo Games as the first British swimmer to defend an Olympic title, brought home two gold medals and a silver, but would you believe he used to be scared of water when he was a kid?!
He's now on a mission to inspire others to be the best they can be.
