World Down's Syndrome Day: Meet Ciara and Duncan

World Down's Syndrome Day is a time all about celebrating the achievements of those with the condition.

There are lots of people with Down's Syndrome doing some pretty incredible things, including Ciara and Duncan.

They're currently working towards getting their gold and silver Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
