Breaking: Shanequa learns some moves from Anton Phung

It is the Breaking European Championships in Manchester from 5 November.

'Breaking' is a style of street dancing which first became popular in America in the 1970s before spreading around the world.

With breaking going to the Olympics in 2024, the sport wants to get more young people involved.

One of people competing is Anton Phung. He came to show Shanequa some moves. Watch this to see how she got on.
