Kids share their thoughts on the Sycamore Gap

A sycamore tree, seen by many as a national landmark, has been illegally felled.

The 300-year-old tree stood in a place called Sycamore Gap in the North of England.

Many people are upset about the cutting down and removal of the ancient tree.

We caught up with some Newsround fans to find out why the sycamore was so important to them.
