James Waterhouse on two years of war in Ukraine

On 24 February 2022, Russian president Vladimir Putin ordered his army invade neighbouring Ukraine.

Almost two years later, the war is still going on. The lives of millions of children have been affected.

The BBC's Ukraine Correspondent, James Waterhouse, sent Newsround this special report from Ukraine's capital city, Kyiv.
