How climate change is forcing humans and polar bears together
In Churchill, northern Canada, a town known as the polar bear capital of the world, climate change could spell danger - for both bears and people.
The region has seen its polar bear population drop by 50% in the last 40 years.
At the same time, melting sea ice is forcing bears to spend more time on shore - closer to people.
Victoria Gill – the BBC's science correspondent – has been spending some time with a team of polar bear researchers in Churchill.
