Diwali: How to make a flower garland

Diwali, known as the 'Festival of Lights', is celebrated by millions of Hindus, Sikhs and Jains across the world.

It symbolises the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.

Every year it is celebrated some time between October and November.

Emma-Louise went to meet Arran and Ariya as well as their mum Renu, who’s written a book all about celebrating Diwali, to find out more about it.
