'It makes me feel really happy': Meet the children helping baby puffins in Iceland

Friends Caritas and Dís both live on an island off the south coast of Iceland.

Every summer the two girls have a very important job to do.

They help rescue lost baby puffins, called pufflings, who mistake the lights of their town for the Moon.

The girls work alongside other volunteers and conservationists to release the birds back into the wild, once they're ready to fly on their own.

You can watch the full programme My Life: Puffin Patrol on the BBC iPlayer.
