'Was it hard to get all the green paint off?'

Calling all musical fans - as something 'Wicked' this way comes. That's right, today is the day the film is released in cinemas.

Wicked tells the story of Elphaba, who becomes the Wicked Witch of the West, and her friendship with Glinda the Good Witch.

Two Newsround viewers, Elisa and Caroline, were lucky enough to go and meet the stars.

They put their questions (and gave special Wicked-themed bracelets) to Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo and Jonathan Bailey.

And Newsround was certainly a 'Popular' choice with one of the actors growing up...
