Wayne Madsen: Derbyshire captain signs new contract

Derbyshire captain Wayne Madsen has resisted offers from other counties to sign a new deal which keeps him at the club until the end of the 2016 season.
The 29-year-old had a successful season despite his side's relegation from Division One, scoring 1,221 runs in the four-day game.
He also won the Cricket Writers' Club County Championship player prize.
Head coach Karl Krikken said: "As well as tremendous performances with the bat, Wayne led the side really well."
Madsen, who was already committed to the club until 2015, also added 389 runs in one-day cricket and won the inaugural Christopher Martin-Jenkins Elite Spirit of Cricket award.
Madsen joined Derbyshire in 2009 and led the side to the County Championship Division Two title in 2012 - his first season as captain.
Krikken added: "Wayne enjoyed a magnificent campaign last season and we're delighted to have him here for the foreseeable future.
"To be the first player to 1,000 runs, plus all the other accolades, was a real bonus to Wayne and the club.
"Other clubs wanted him, of course they did, but it's important to keep hold of our top players if we want to push to win trophies."
South African-born Madsen added: "I've thoroughly enjoyed my five years here so far. It's a fantastic club with great ambition.
"We've taken great strides over the past couple of seasons and I believe we can continue to make progress and hopefully compete for titles on all fronts."
