Accrington Stanley 3-2 Tranmere Rovers

  • Published

Accrington Stanley climbed off the bottom of the League Two table as they fought back to beat Tranmere Rovers and earn their first win of the season.

James Gray put Stanley ahead from the spot after Janoi Donacien fouled Kai Naismith in the area.

Abdulai Bell-Baggie's double put Rovers ahead as he slotted home passes from Max Power and Eliot Richards.

But Gray equalised from close range and Naismith netted a winner on the rebound after a fierce Adam Buxton strike.
