York City have signed Crewe Alexandra striker Vadaine Oliver on a two-year deal.

The 23-year-old spent most of 2014-15 on loan at the Minstermen's League Two rivals Mansfield Town, scoring seven goals in 30 league appearances.

The former Lincoln City man is York's first summer signing.

Meanwhile, York have appointed former Sheffield United and Leeds United coach Andy Leaning as the club's new goalkeeping coach.
