Dale Jennings: Barnsley terminate forward's deal

Barnsley have terminated the contract of forward Dale Jennings by mutual consent.

The 22-year-old joined the Tykes for £250,000 in June 2013 after a two-year spell with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.

The former Tranmere Rovers man scored four goals in 47 league appearances for the Oakwell side.

Barnsley said in a statement: "We would like to wish Dale the best of luck with his future endeavours."
