Sanmi Odelusi: Wigan Athletic sign Bolton Wanderers winger

Sanmi Odelusi scored three goals in 14 appearances on loan at Coventry last season

League One side Wigan Athletic have signed Bolton Wanderers winger Sanmi Odelusi on a three-year contract.

The 22-year-old, who played nine times for the Trotters, has joined the Latics for an undisclosed fee.

He has since had loan spells at MK Dons and Coventry, where he caught the attention of Latics boss Gary Caldwell.

"He has bags of potential. He is still young, the right age and profile for the squad we are trying to build here," Caldwell told the club's website.

"He has got a great taste of League One last season with Coventry and understands the demands of this division."

Odelusi joins David Perkins, Richard O'Donnell, Craig Morgan, Donervon Daniels and Max Power as new signings at Wigan this summer.
