Bristol Rovers have signed goalkeeper Aaron Chapman from League One side Chesterfield on a one-month loan deal.

Chapman has made one appearance for the Spireites since signing from non-league club Belper Town in May 2013.

The 25-year-old had a loan spell with Accrington Stanley in League Two last season, featuring in three games.

"Aaron is a highly rated young keeper and I am pleased to be able to welcome him to the club," Rovers manager Darrell Clarke told the club's website., external

"With Kieran Preston and Will Puddy both out injured at the moment it was important that we added another goalkeeper to our squad."
