Adam Drury: Bristol Rovers sign former Manchester City midfielder

Adam Drury scored three goals in 16 appearances for Scottish side St Mirren last season

Bristol Rovers have signed former Manchester City midfielder Adam Drury on a non-contract basis.

Drury was released by City in June, having failed to make an appearance for the Premier League side.

The 21-year-old has previously had loan spells with St Mirren and Burton Albion, as well as an unsuccessful trial with Leeds United in July.

The Pirates are currently seventh in League Two, with nine points from their opening five fixtures.
