Michael Higdon: Oldham sign Sheffield United striker on loan

Oldham Athletic have signed striker Michael Higdon on a three-month emergency loan from League One rivals Sheffield United.
The 32-year-old joined the Blades from Dutch side NEC Nijmegen in 2014 but has made has only made 14 starts.
The former St Mirren, Falkirk and Crewe forward won the Scotland Players' Player of the Year while at Motherwell in 2013.
He is available for the Latics game against Wigan on Saturday.
