Cambridge United are 17th in League Two, having lost three of their last four league games
League Two side Cambridge United have signed winger Jordan Jones from Middlesbrough on loan until 2 January.
Jones, 21, has made one appearance for the Teesiders, but featured in 11 games on loan at Hartlepool last season.
Meanwhile, Cambridge defender Elliot Omozusi is set for a "long-term" spell out with a hamstring problem.
The 26-year-old has been troubled by injury since joining the U's on a free transfer in the summer, and been restricted to 12 appearances this term.
U's boss Shaun Derry was hopeful of Omozusi facing Accrington last Saturday, but the ex-Fulham man appears to have had a setback.
