Wigan Warriors centre Anthony Gelling has been ruled out for between six and eight weeks after tearing his hamstring in two places.

Gelling suffered the injury in the 40-22 win at Wakefield when he pulled up after a break through the line.

The 24-year-old Cook Islands international has played in every game so far this season.

Wigan head coach Shaun Wane also says captain Sean O'Loughlin is close to full fitness after knee surgery.
