Tottenham have put a £6.5m valuation on Jermain Defoe after interest from West Ham United and Queens Park Rangers for the 31-year-old England international striker.
West Ham are set to move for former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan, 34, from Brazilian club Internacional as goals continue to be a problem for Sam Allardyce's side.
