  1. touchdown

Touchdown - Buccaneerspublished at 23:54 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 35-35 Seattle Seahawks

The Bucs have done it again!

In two plays, Baker Mayfield completes the 20 yards needed, the second is a dart that picks Sterling Shepard out for an 11-yard touchdown.

Initially, they were going to go for the two-point conversion, but the Bucs stay safe as Chase McLaughlin converts once more.

35-35 with 68 seconds on the clock. The definition of a classic.

  2. touchdown

Touchdown - Titanspublished at 23:53 BST 5 October

    Tennessee Titans 12-21 Arizona Cardinals

Will the Cardinals be made to pay for that Emari Demercado howler?

Cam Ward sparks into life, propels the Titans down the field with 47-yard dime to Calvin Ridley.

Two plays later and Tony Pollard runs it in from a yard, but the extra point is missed.

  3. Turnover - Commanderspublished at 23:52 BST 5 October

Washington Commanders 20-10 Los Angeles Chargers

    Intercepted at the goal-line!

The Chargers were moving down the field but on third and goal, Herbert's pass is tipped and caught by Mike Sainristil!

Little under eight minutes remain in the fourth quarter.

  4. Bucs fighting backpublished at 23:49 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-35 Seattle Seahawks

Do not rule out the Buccaneers just yet. They are around 20 yards from goal with two minutes left in this match.

Baker Mayfield has matched Sam Darnold throughout the night and has to do the same one more time to keep the Bucs in this.

A reminder that both teams entered tonight with 3-1 records. Both quarterbacks have passed for over 330 yards each and completion rates of 84% and above.

  5. touchdown

The Bengals finally get something going as Jake Browning lons a 15-yard touchdown pass to star receiver Ja'Marr Chase.

This drive nearly stumbled twice - Chase Brown fumbled but it was recovered then Alex Anzalone was penalised for defensive pass interference as the Bengals went for it on fourth down.

  6. touchdown

Touchdown - Seahawkspublished at 23:46 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-35 Seattle Seahawks

A fourth down touchdown for the Seahawks! Sam Darnold is clutch.

He hurdles a tackle and passes just in the nick of time to find Tory Horton for a 21-yard touchdown.

Darnold has four passing touchdowns and 332 yards, with 27 out of 32 completions.

The kick from Jason Myers is also good. Just a few minutes left.

  7. Huge error by Cardinals' Demercardopublished at 23:45 BST 5 October

    Tennessee Titans 3-21 Arizona Cardinals

We had an unbelievable mistake last week when Colts receiver Andoni Mitchel dropped the ball as he entered the endzone, wiping out a huge touchdown catch.

And Emari Demercado has just done the same thing in the Cardinals game.

The back-up running back breaks through the defensive line, takes it 72 yards for a seemingly certain touchdown but slows down as he enters the end zone and DROPS THE BALL!

It was ruled a touchdown and overturned on review as the ball slipped out of his fingers before breaking the pane.

    Inexcusable mistake.

  8. Turnover - Chargerspublished at 23:44 BST 5 October

Washington Commanders 20-10 Los Angeles Chargers

Croskey-Merritt has had a great day but he's just fumbled the ball and the Chargers have it back, thanks to great defensive play by Teair Tart.

There was a big momentum shift for the Commanders in the first half on a turnover. Can the Chargers do it in their favour now?

  9. Time running out in Seattlepublished at 23:43 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-28 Seattle Seahawks

Still 28-28 in Seattle, but the Seahawks are on the charge against the Bucs.

With less than four minutes left, the hosts have a 3rd&2 20 yards from goal that goes incomplete.

  10. Daniels connects with Samuel for first downpublished at 23:40 BST 5 October

Washington Commanders 20-10 Los Angeles Chargers

    Tom Brady
Seven-time Super Bowl winner on FOX

What makes Deebo Samuel so great is how strong is hands are. He snatches that ball and keeps it from the defender.

That's what you love as a quarterback.

  11. Sack - Seahawkspublished at 23:39 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-28 Seattle Seahawks

A rare mistake for Baker Mayfield, who is sacked nine yards by D'Anthony Bell.

The Buccaneers were in a good scoring position 32 yards from goal, but losing nine yards on second down then cannot complete the pass on third down.

However, a punt from the Buccaneers' Riley Dixon with dip and spin finds Josh Hayes and gives Seahawks possession just one yard from their own goal line.

    Thrilling game.

  12. Murray returns to the gamepublished at 23:38 BST 5 October

    Tennessee Titans 6-21 Arizona Cardinals

Kyler Murray is back in the game for Arizona after that brief trip to the lockerroom, ball in hand, looking to lead another Cardinals touchdown drive.

  13. ouch!

    Ouch!published at 23:35 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-28 Seattle Seahawks

This game is crazy enough as it is. The last thing that needs to happen is teammates tackling each other!

Three Seahawks defenders crash into each other and Nick Emmanwori comes off worse.

    Emmanwori is still receiving treatment.

  14. Sack - Commanderspublished at 23:34 BST 5 October

Washington Commanders 20-10 Los Angeles Chargers

For the fourth time today, the Commanders bring Herbert down for a loss.

It was almost an interception as the Chargers quarterback tried to throw out to avoid it, but he was already down.

The Chargers end up going for it on 4th and 2 after a completion to McConkey but it's incomplete and the Commanders have the ball back on their own 39 yard line.

  15. touchdown

Touchdown - Seahawkspublished at 23:29 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-28 Seattle Seahawks

This is the game that just keeps on giving. We're already at an even split of 56 points.

AJ Barner has a second touchdown in quick succession. Picked out by Sam Darnold, Barner just strolls into the end zone and Jason Myers converts with the extra point.

Both Darnold and Baker Mayfield have been superb tonight. Neither quarterback deserves to be on the losing side.

With just under 10 minutes left, it's anyone's guess as to who comes out on top.

  16. field goal

Field goal - Commanderspublished at 23:27 BST 5 October

Washington Commanders 20-10 Los Angeles Chargers

Make that 20 points unanswered now after Matt Gay hits another one between the sticks.

There was a flag on the field goal but Washington declined the penalty as it wouldn't have given them a first down anyway.

It was questionable whether the Commanders snapped the ball on third down before the play clock expired but they got away with it.

  17. touchdown

Touchdown - Lionspublished at 23:26 BST 5 October

    Detroit Lions 28-3 Cincinnati Bengals

The Lions are such a smooth offensive machine - just look at this latest drive after the Bengals were forced to punt.

They've gone 80 yards, two passes, five David Montgomery rushes and its the running back who finishes it off with touchdown.

And that is now a record-tying 14th time that Jahmyr Gibbs and Montgomery have both found the endzone in the same game.

That's the joint-most for any running back duo in NFL history.

  18. A wasted turnoverpublished at 23:22 BST 5 October

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-21 Seattle Seahawks

Almost the perfect start to the fourth quarter for the Bucs.

A deflected Sam Darnold pass is intercepted by Antoine Winfield, who gains 26 yards before being tackled. However, illegal contact from Zyon McCollum renders it a non-play.

A big let off for the hosts.

  19. Chargers offensive line concernspublished at 23:20 BST 5 October

Washington Commanders 17-10 Los Angeles Chargers

    Anthony Wootton
NFL expert and bestselling author on 5 Sports Extra

Massive momentum shift isn't it? Serious question marks over the Chargers offensive line who are being dominated now. They need to protect Justin Herbert and allow him to have that time in the pocket to make those plays.

  20. ouch!

Murray head to the locker roompublished at 23:20 BST 5 October

    Tennessee Titans 6-21 Arizona Cardinals

After that fumble, Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is headed to the lockerroom. There wasn't an obvious injury so we'll keep you posted.
