  3. touchdown

Touchdown - Chiefspublished at 22:24 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-13 Kansas City Chiefs

Third time lucky for Kansas City.

Rocket of a pass through the middle from Patrick Mahomes bisects a couple of defenders to find Juju Smith-Schuster.

The receiver holds on tightly and tidily.

  4. Chiefs closing inpublished at 22:22 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-6 Kansas City Chiefs

Big run from Xavier Worthy has Kansas City straight into the Baltimore redzone.

The Chiefs have been here twice already but had to settle for field goals - can they punch it in this time?

Well, they're even closer now - Mahomes finds comfort blanket Travis Kelce inside the five-yard line...

  5. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 22:22 BST 28 September

Indianapolis Colts 10-13 Los Angeles Rams

The Rams had been restricted to two Jason Karty field goals before LA clicked into action with the two-minute warning.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford masterminded 95-yard drive that ended in a touchdown pass to Davante Adams and the lead for the Rams.

  6. Intentional grounding leads to puntpublished at 22:17 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-6 Kansas City Chiefs

Baltimore are backed up big time as Lamar Jackson takes the ill-advised decision to chuck the ball away as he was about to be sacked.

With no receiver anywhere, it's a penalty for intentional grounding - and third-down-and-26 inevitably leads to a punt next down.

  7. 'Big moment for Baltimore'published at 22:12 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-6 Kansas City Chiefs

    Greg Brady
NFL pundit on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

That was a big moment for the Ravens to limit the Chiefs to three.

A big stop to keep them believing.

  8. touchdown

Touchdown - Jaguarspublished at 22:09 BST 28 September

Jacksonville Jaguars 14-3 San Francisco 49ers

Two takeaways for the Jags and they both result in touchdowns.

Brock Purdy's pass for Christian McCaffrey is picked off and Trevor Lawrence leads a 13-play, eight-minute drive resulting in a touchdown pass to tight end Hunter Long. Really impressive stuff.

  9. field goal

Field goal - Chiefspublished at 22:08 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-6 Kansas City Chiefs

Really good redzone defense from the Ravens to frustrate Patrick Mahomes both on the ground and in the air.

Kansas City has to settle for a second Harrison Butker field goal.

  10. Postpublished at 22:04 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-3 Kansas City Chiefs

    Mahomes is motoring.

Kareem Hunt comes up trumps as the Chiefs again go for it on fourth down, then Mahomes finds Hollywood Brown with a 'Hollywood' slant pass.

Inside the Baltimore 20-yard line now.

  11. touchdown

Touchdown - Raiderspublished at 22:02 BST 28 September

Chicago Bears 3-7 Las Vegas Raiders

    Ashton JeantyImage source, Gett

A first receiving touchdown for star rookie Ashton Jeanty as Geno Smith finds the running back with an eight-yard pass.

The Raiders hadn't started the game well but that was a superb drive, with the legs of Smith and Jeanty taking them down field and putting them in the position to score.

  12. Have your saypublished at 22:01 BST 28 September

I'm staggered the Giants win, especially against the Chargers. Dart holds promise and hope but Nabers going down is another empty argument about the turf at MetLife (check the injuries caused) and in the NFL. Kafka and Bowen deserve to be fired as coordinators in New York, they're both truly terrible.

Daboll's future hangs on Dart but if his record is anything to go by, and the hardest schedule, he's out. Thankful for a win, of course, but I don't see a change in fortune, sadly - especially with the star receiver out - Nick Hughes, Wirral

  13. Ravens lead at end of first quarterpublished at 21:59 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-3 Kansas City Chiefs

Deep ball thrown by Patrick Mahomes to Xavier Worthy to get the Chiefs into Baltimore territory as an intriguing first quarter comes to a close.

  14. 'Wasn't a great decision'published at 21:57 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-3 Kansas City Chiefs

    Greg Brady
NFL pundit on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

The Ravens were in field goal range and probably feeling really good about how they had done so far.

It's not like leaving points on the board - but they were pretty much guaranteed a field goal and instead they've given it right back to the Chiefs.

It wasn't a great decision from Jackson.

  15. Turnover - Jackson picked offpublished at 21:54 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-3 Kansas City Chiefs

Lamar Jackson is intercepted for the first time this season!

A Chiefs blitz rushes him into a hasty throw as he tries to locate Mark Andrews but Leo Chenal is perfectly placed to pick it off on the sidelines.

  16. Turnover - interception Raiderspublished at 21:53 BST 28 September

Chicago Bears 3-0 Las Vegas Raiders

Caleb Williams with a third and 13 on the Raiders 13-yard line but his pass for Rome Odunze is picked off by Max Crosby, who returns it 19 yards.

  17. Postpublished at 21:50 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-3 Kansas City Chiefs

Big play from Lamar Jackson who, after being sacked on first down, sprints to just reach out for the marker on third-and-long.

  18. touchdown

Touchdown - Coltspublished at 21:49 BST 28 September

Indianapolis Colts 10-3 Los Angeles Rams

Unsual play pays off on fourth and one as Daniel Jones hands off to tight end Tyler Warren, who runs it in straight own the midde.

First blood to the 3-0 Colts.

  19. 'Chiefs can't get running game going'published at 21:47 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-3 Kansas City Chiefs

It is early doors but the Chiefs would have liked to keep that drive going.

They can't get much going with their running game. They can't find consistency on the ground so it's too many third-and-6s or third-and-8s for Mahomes.

  20. field goal

Field goal - Chiefspublished at 21:45 BST 28 September

Baltimore Ravens 7-3 Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes is short of wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster on third down, with the ball tipped at scrimmage.

That leaves Harrison Butker with a 30-odd yard field goal which he deposits with minimal fuss to get Kansas City on the board.
