The Los Angeles Rams lead their NFC West rivals by two scores at the half thanks to a brilliant opening 20 minutes.
Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua and Davis Allen put Sean McVay's side into a commanding lead before the Niners were finally able to register a response through Juan Jennings.
You could sense the momentum shifting the way of Kyle Shanahan's men in the latter stages of the half and so the Rams will be thankful for the break.

All Detroit so far in the first half, with the Lions seeing a welcome return to their scoring form, as they've eclipsed 24 points for the first time in four games.
The Washington defence has been pretty poor, but then again Detroit have been right on top of their game. This one already looks like the result isn't in much doubt.

Half-time in Seattle and the Seahawks are blowing the Cardinals out of the water.
Two scoop-and-scores for Demarcus Lawrence put the hosts firmly in control, before Arizona finally got on the board.
If the Cardinals are to launch an improbably comeback, they will have to do so without receiver Zay Jones who has been ruled OUT with an Achilles injury.

Detroit Lions 25-10 Washington Commanders
A rare stop by the Commanders defence means that Detroit settle for just a chip shot field goal for Jake Bates - who slots it over from just 22 yards out.
It's a pretty commading lead though, pardon the pun, with just a few seconds until half-time.
The Rams got out of that sticky third and long situation but they couldn't add any points to the board and are forced to punt.
They have managed to burn some time off of the clock but the Niners will still fancy their chances at getting some points of their own on the board before the half.

Detroit Lions 22-10 Washington Commanders
Some joy for Washington! Chris Rodriguez Jr punches it in from a yard out to finish off a fine 10-play drive over 75 yards by the home team.
Pretty good stuff from back-up quarterback Marcus Mariota on that drive, highlighted by a 41-yard pass to Jaylin Lane, but also with some crucial scrambling runs too.
US President Donald Trump is at the game in Washington - not that it's doing the Commanders much good so far as they're being soundly beaten by Detroit so far.
President Trump is due to be interviewed by the Fox broadcast crew at the game in the third quarter - where he may talk about the prospect if the new Commanders stadium being named after him.

Detroit Lions 22-3 Washington Commanders
A third Detroit touchdown of the game and a second for Jahmyr Gibbs, who runs it in from 13 yards - with running back buddy David Montgomery then running in the two-point conversion.
The Lions are just doing everything perfectly right now and the Commanders have no answer at all.
