Wilson got absolutely flattened and then stuck under a pile on that play - not what you want to see when you've just lost your starting QB to a suspected concussion.

The running back took a short dump-off pass from Justin Fields, as the quarterback drilled by defenders, and then turned on the afterburners and showed superb speed to gallop away for the score almost untouched.
