  1. field goal

Field goal - Ravenspublished at 21:48 GMT 16 November

    Baltimore Ravens 3-0 Cleveland Browns

Baltimore will be disappointed as a near eight-minute opening drive ends with them being held up in on the Cleveland seven-yard line.

They have to settle for a Tyler Loop chip shot for three points.

  2. Missed field goal Cardinalspublished at 21:46 GMT 16 November

San Francisco 49ers 13-7 Arizona Cardinals

Arizona get the ball back quickly after a 49ers punt, and get within field-goal range.

But Chad Ryland is no good from 58 yards.

  3. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 21:45 GMT 16 November

Seattle Seahawks 3-14 Los Angeles Rams

He's a veteran now, but Davante Adams is so hard to cover in the red zone, let alone from just a yard out, as he's still got that step and ability to get open, but also can win more contested catches against anyone in the NFL.

So no surprises Matthew Stafford hits him for the second touchdown of the game with Adams running a quick slant and Seattle's defence biting on the play action.

Decent lead for LA already here.

  4. Got to sack Patpublished at 21:43 GMT 16 November

Kansas City Chiefs 0-3 Denver Broncos

You've just got to get to Patrick Mahomes if you want to beat the Chiefs - that's been the formula for years and it remains the case.

Mahomes was hit a record 15 times in defeat at the Bills, and in Kansas City's four defeats he's been hit over nine times on average, compared to just under six in their five wins.

Oh, and Denver's defence just so happens to lead the league in sacks with 46 - a full 14 more than anyone else! The Chiefs have to keep their star man protected to stand a chance here.

  5. field goal

Field goal - Broncospublished at 21:43 GMT 16 November

Kansas City Chiefs 0-3 Denver Broncos

First blood Denver at Mile High with Wil Lutz sending one over from 29 yards after the Chiefs defence stood firm in the red zone.

The Denver D will now try to get hold of Patrick Mahomes.

  6. field goal

Field goal - Seahawkspublished at 21:39 GMT 16 November

Seattle Seahawks 3-7 Los Angeles Rams

Anywhere is in range in the NFL these days, with Jason Myers hoofing a 57-yard field goal with relative ease to get the Seahawks on the board.

  7. field goal

Field goal - Panthers win!published at 21:38 GMT 16 November

    Carolina Panthers 30-27 Atlanta Falcons

Ryan Fitzgerald claims a thrilling win for the Carolina Panthers, thanks to a brutal catch and run from tight end Tommy Tremble to set him up with just a short 28-yard effort for the win.

The kick is good and Carolina move on to 6-5 and challenging the Buccaneers in the NFC South.

  8. touchdown

Touchdown - Cardinalspublished at 21:35 GMT 16 November

San Francisco 49ers 13-7 Arizona Cardinals

Arizona needed a quick response after the 49ers' flying start and they got it with six-yard Bam Knight touchdown run.

Jacoby Brisset is missing Marvin Harrison Jr and Zay Jones in his receiving corps but he still has Michael Wilson and a 34-yard completion to the 2023 third-round pick was the highlight of this scoring drive.

  9. FT: Bills outlast Bucs in slugfestpublished at 21:34 GMT 16 November

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 32-44 Buffalo Bills

A real heavyweight battle in Buffalo, with Josh Allen and the Bills just pulling away in the championship rounds, with two Alln touchdowns in the fourth quarter proving the difference.

Allen was i nvolved in everything, throwing three touchdowns and running in three more of his own, with 317 passing yards and 40 rushing yards - and that dual-threat ability was a big factor.

He wasn't perfect, throwing two interceptions, but found the throws when he needed them and the Bills defence turned up the heat on Baker Mayfield to just come out on top.

There wasn't much between these teams at all though throughout a proper game of football.

  11. Big game for Broncospublished at 21:26 GMT 16 November

Kansas City Chiefs 0-0 Denver Broncos

The is the biggest game in Denver for years - since their Super Bowl winning days with Peyton Manning in fact, as a win here would give them a huge chance to finally end the Chiefs' decade of dominance of the AFC West.

The Broncos have won seven on the spin but their run to the play-offs gets harder from here on in - starting with Patrick Mahomes coming off a bye week and the 5-4 Chiefs walking a bit of a tightrope in terms of the play-offs.

A defeat would leave them bang in trouble, but a victory would be a huge boost moving forward. Denver have the upper hand sat on 8-2, but looking at their fixtures can they keep this run going and win the division?

    Denver Broncos
  12. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 21:26 GMT 16 November

Seattle Seahawks 0-7 Los Angeles Rams

An early mistake in this big game from Sam Darnold, with a costly interception deep in his own territory handing the Rams the ball back just three yards from the end zone, which they just about manage to take advantage of with Kyren Williams finally driving over from two yards.

Seattle stood firm for two plays, but on third down the Rams punched it in to take the lead.

  13. touchdown

    Touchdown - 49erspublished at 21:23 GMT 16 November

San Francisco 49ers 13-0 Arizona Cardinals

The 49ers are off to a flyer and it looks like Brock Purdy is back!

The QB is starting after six games out and that drive showed what the 49ers have missed.

A 25-yard completion, a 13-yard completion and a 30-yard touchdown pass to George Kittle. Impressive.

    Extra point missed though!

  14. field goal

Field goal - Falcons force overtimepublished at 21:22 GMT 16 November

    Carolina Panthers 25-27 Atlanta Falcons

Zane Gonzalez ties this one up with just 16 seconds left on the clock after a quick drive following a brilliant kick-off return which meant Kirk Cousins just had to lead them 28 yards to set-up the 45-yard kick to send this game to overtime.

  15. Sack - Parsons secures win for Packerspublished at 21:21 GMT 16 November

FT: Green Bay Packers 27-20 New York Giants

Jameis Winston did get the ball back in his hands one last time at MetLife, with nine seconds on the clock.

But the Giants quarterback couldn't launch a Hail Mary attempt as he fumbled after being sacked by the Packers' defensive star Micah Parsons.

That's a big win for Green Bay with quarterback Jordan Love having spent time out with a sore shoulder while running back Josh Jacobs was unable to return after going off with a knee problem.

They're level with Detroit on six wins before the Lions face defending champions Philadelphia in tonight's late game.

  16. touchdown

    Touchdown - 49erspublished at 21:19 GMT 16 November

San Francisco 49ers 7-0 Arizona Cardinals

The fastest of fast starts by the 49ers as Skyy Moore almost scores from the opening kick-off, being tackled down at the one, but San Francisco simply put the offence on the field, hand it to Christian McCaffrey who scores from the first play of the game.

  17. FT: Steelers stretch lead in AFC Northpublished at 21:18 GMT 16 November

    Cincinnati Bengals 12-34 Pittsburgh Steelers

    SteelersImage source, Getty Images

Pittsburgh move to 6-4 and lead the AFC North by two games before the Ravens play later.

This game started like a shootout - a touchdown each on both team's first drives - and then followed six-straight punts.

It really exploded in the second half as the Steelers had two defensive touchdowns to run away from their divisional rivals.

Concerning though will be a hand injury to quarterback Aaron Rodgers - he was replaced by Mason Rudolph at the start of the second half.

  18. touchdown

Touchdown Pantherspublished at 21:15 GMT 16 November

    Carolina Panthers 27-24 Atlanta Falcons

Another wow moment in Atlanta but this time it sticks as Bryce Young's 12-yard touchdown pass to Tetairoa McMillan will stand - and he hits the two-point conversion to make the lead three.

Young's taken a beating here tonight but he's produced possibly his best performance as a pro to get his side in front late on.

Just over a minute left, can the Falcons get back in this?

  19. field goal

Field goal - Bears win it as time expirespublished at 21:14 GMT 16 November

FT: Chicago Bears 19-17 Minnesota Vikings

Chicago have 50 seconds left to avoid another collapse against the Vikings and Devin Duvernay gives them a great chance by running back the kick-off for 56 yards.

D'Andre Swift gets a few more yards, leaving Cairo Santos with a 48-yard kick to win it, and despite missing a field-goal attempt earlier, this one goes just inside the left upright to ensure the Bears earn some payback after the Vikings' week-one fightback.

They almost threw this one away but the Bears are now 7-3 and if they can keep grinding out wins like this during the play-off race, they will very much be contenders rather than pretenders.
