A potentially game-ending drop for Indianapolis Colts and wide receiver Josh Downs.

On 3rd&9, Daniel Jones passes to Downs for a gain of almost nine, but Downs dropped the ball. The Texans swarmed the ball but it was ruled as an incomplete pass.

Indianapolis have no choice but to go for it on fourth down and again, the pass is incomplete.

With less than two minutes to go, the Texans look like they have done enough for victory. The result is also set to see the Colts overtaken by the Jags at the top of the AFC South.

The Carolina Panthers pulled off a huge upset to beat the Los Angeles Rams 31-28 on Sunday.

The Rams were on a six-game winning streak going into this game but a near-flawless performance from Bryce Young led the Panthers to a shock victory.

On the flip side, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford was uncharacteristically sloppy and threw two interceptions, including a pick-6, and had a crucial fumble with just a few minutes remaining.

The Panthers move to 7-6 with the win but remain just behind NFC South leaders the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-5) who edged out the Arizona Cardinals.

The Rams drop to 9-3 and cough up the one seed in the NFC to the Chicago Bears.

Around two minutes left in most of these games and still some on a knife edge such as in Indianapolis, New York and even Miami...

The answer is no. Cardinals turn the ball over on downs.

They've punted back to the Cardinals who have just under two minutes and one timeout to win this game.

The Panthers winning that thriller with the Rams would put them on top of the division if the Bucs fail to hold on.

On 2nd&8 inside their own half, Colts quarterback Daniel Jones finds Alec Piece with a superb 22-yard pass.

Jonathan Taylor then goes on a 11-yard run himself and after two plays, the Colts are less than 35 yards from goal.

San Francisco 49ers 26-8 Cleveland Browns

Matt Gay knocks it through for three points and extends the 49ers lead further.

There's around four minutes remaining in this one but unless something miraculous happens - the Niners are going to move to 9-4.

Bryce Young drops back to throw on third down and finds Jalen Coker for the first down!

The Rams have no timeouts remaining.

The Panthers just have to kneel this one out and they win.

A huge turnover for Indianapolis!

Just 17 yards from goal and needing just one yard after first down, the Colts make three huge defensive plays and stop the Texans gaining another first down.

Less than five minutes to go, the Colts trail by four and need to make this drive count.

A loss, as things stand, would see them drop to second in the AFC South.

Anybody see that coming at the start of the season? No, my neither - but they've just beaten the Super Bowl champions in their own back yard.

New Orleans Saints 11-19 Miami Dolphins

Ireland's Charlie Smyth hit his first field goal in the NFL and it's a beauty from 56 yards to kep the Saints in this game.

The Texans are stringing some big plays together as they look to grow their lead in Indianapolis.

CJ Stroud's missile pass to Nico Collins gains 29 yards for the visitors and two downs later, Jayden Higgins takes a 14-yard catch.

A few posts ago, we said how Ka'imi Fairbairn's extra point was awarded, but looked wide. I've watched it back a few times since, and it gets worse the more you watch it.

The Texans' lead is cut to just four points in Indianapolis.
