Rookie Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders will get another chance to impress from the start when he leads his team out at Huntington Bank Field for the first time.

Sanders was able to get a win in his first NFL start last week against the Las Vegas Raiders, and showed glimpses of the talent that many expected to see get him drafted in the first round of this year's draft.

The test in front of him today is a much sterner one than that of Las Vegas but the rookie certainly doesn't lack confidence and will be determined to make a statement in what is his first start inside the Dawg Pound.

Good news on the injury front for both of these teams. Baker Mayfield and Bucky Irving are both active for the Bucs.

They remain in control of the NFC South (6-5), but the Carolina Panthers are breathing down their neck (6-6)

Marvin Harrison Jr. will be on the field for the Arizona Cardinals. They are as good as out of the playoff picture though, with quarterback Kyler Murray out for the season.

In the more close-fought of the two AFC South derbies, the Colts host the Texans in Indianapolis.

Both sides host positive records this season, with the Colts 8-3 and the Texans 6-5 for the campaign.

The Texans are in better recent form following three straight wins, including one last time out against the Buffalo Bills. The Colts lost narrowly to the Kansas City Chiefs a week ago.

The lowly Saints are just 2-9 and will start thinking about 2026 soon, but for Miami, they're looking to win a third game in a row, and at 4-7 they still technically have admittedly slim play-off hopes.

One of their back-to-back wins came against Buffalo, so there's obviously some quality there, and Mike McDaniel needs a good end to the season to convince the team he's the man for the future.

  5. A similar season...published at 17:53 GMT 30 November

Things haven't exactly gone to plan for either of these franchises in 2025.

The Falcons are 4-7 and back to Kirk Cousins under centre after Michael Penix Jr. suffered a knee injury, which ended his season. Their divisional win over the New Orleans Saints last week ended a five-match losing streak.

Justin Fields was benched for Tyrod Taylor in their last outing - falling to the Baltimore Ravens - in what has been another sub-par season for the Jets. A few pundits are predicting a Jets win today, though, make of that what you will.

In one of two all AFC South matches in the early window, the out of form Tennessee Titans host the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Titans are rock bottom of the AFC South and the whole of the conference following six straight losses.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars are going well after back-to-back victories, sitting with a record of 7-4.

    Back so soon?

Welcome to Sunday of week 13 NFL fans, and a quick welcome back for those that joined us on Thanksgiving - that was quite a night wasn't it?

Still some big games leff this week, including the Texans visiting the Colts in the AFC South, with the division still alive and wildcard places up for grabs.

Shedeur Sanders gets a big test as he keeps his starting place for the visit of the 49ers to Cleveland, while Matthew Stafford will hope to impress again as the Rams make the trip to Carolina.

Just three games later tonight, but good ones, with the Bills at the Steelers live on Radio 5 Sports Extra while the Chargers host the Raiders and Minnesota travel to Seattle.
