Brighton v Newcastle United (15:00 BST)

Brighton will be without midfielder Brajan Gruda after he suffered a knee injury while playing for Germany's under-21 side.

Diego Gomez, Kaoro Mitoma and Joel Veltman all face late fitness tests.

Doubts: Brighton - Gomez, Mitoma, Veltman Newcastle - Joelinton, Miley, Osula

Key FPL notes:

  • Among midfielders, Yankuba Minteh (£6.0m) ranks in the top 10 for chances created (12). In Gameweek 7, only one midfielder had more shots than his four and no player delivered more crosses (10).

  • Nick Woltemade (£7.2m) has scored in back-to-back matches and has hit three goals in his four league appearances to date. Since his Gameweek 4 debut, Erling Haaland (£14.5m) is the only forward to have scored more goals or FPL points than his 24.

  • Nick Pope (£5.1m) is the joint-highest scoring goalkeeper in FPL with 41 points. He has kept five clean sheets in seven matches and blanked only once this season.

Burnley v Leeds United (15:00 BST)

Burnley are hopeful that striker Lyle Foster will be fit after he withdrew from international duty with a dead leg.

Jaidon Anthony should also be available despite being substituted with a knock in the defeat by Aston Villa.

  • Martin Dubravka (£4.0m) has made more saves (29) and produced more save points (five) than any other goalkeeper. With an ownership of 34.1% he is the most popular 'keeper in the game.

Bournemouth midfielder David Brooks will miss this match after suffering a hamstring injury while on international duty with Wales.

Defender Adam Smith has returned to training and could make the squad for the first time since August.

Midfielder Youri Tielemans remains sidelined with a calf problem.

Players out: Tottenham - Bissouma, Dragusin, Kulusevski, Maddison, Solanke Aston Villa - Tielemans

Doubts: Tottenham - Takai Aston Villa - Mings

Key FPL notes:

  • Mohammed Kudus (£6.8m) has produced a goal and two assists during the past three Gameweeks. Indeed, no player has delivered as many assists as Kudus' five this season. He lies sixth in the midfielders' ranking with 39 FPL points.

  • With 35 points, Guglielmo Vicario (£5.1m) is Spurs' second-highest scoring player and the third-highest scoring goalkeeper in FPL. Only two 'keepers have amassed more clean sheets (three), more saves (24) or more save points (five).

  • With his first two goals of the season, Donyell Malen (£5.1m) was the second-highest scoring player in Gameweek 7 with 15 points. He scored for the Netherlands last weekend and has an ownership of only 0.7%.

Liverpool v Manchester United (16:30 BST)

Liverpool midfielder Ryan Gravenberch has been passed fit despite experiencing some hamstring discomfort on international duty.

Defender Ibrahima Konate is also expected to be available but goalkeeper Alisson remains sidelined.

Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim hinted at the possibility of needing to manage the minutes of some the returning international players.

Defender Ayden Heaven is dealing with a minor knock while Lisandro Martinez and Noussair Mazraoui will both be absent.

Players out: Liverpool - Alisson, Leoni Manchester United - Martinez, Mazraoui

Doubts: Liverpool - Endo, Konate Manchester United - Heaven

Key FPL notes:

Midfielder George Earthy is the only other absentee while Tomas Soucek returns after serving a three-match suspension.

Brentford midfielder Antoni Milambo will miss the remainder of the season with a serious knee injury.

Defender Aaron Hickey has trained despite picking up a knock on Scotland duty and Yehor Yarmolyuk will also be assessed after playing for Ukraine during the break.

Players out: West Ham - Fullkrug, Earthy Brentford - Maghoma, Milambo, Nunes

Doubts: Brentford - Hickey, Yarmolyuk

Key FPL notes:

  • Jarrod Bowen (£7.7m) has achieved nine-point returns in three Gameweeks this season, thanks to a goal and the maximum bonus. Only two forwards have scored more goals (three) or attempted more than Bowen's 15 shots.

  • Only one player has produced more assists than the four of El Hadji Malick Diouf (£4.4m) this season, while only six defenders have delivered more crosses (28), and just eight have created more chances (seven).
