Jack Green: Hurdler dealing with personal problems

Kent 400m hurdler Jack Green will not run again this season because he is dealing with personal problems.
The 21-year-old, who reached the semi-finals at London 2012, did not finish in his heat at the European Athletics Under-23 Championships this week.
"Had the worst year of my life with a lot of personal issues and thought I'd be brave and get back on the track," he posted on his Twitter page., external
"Thank you for all the support and to all those who got me on the track."
Green, from Hythe, confirmed to BBC South East Today on Friday that he will not compete again this season.
In an interview with the Athleticos website, external following his heat at the U23 Championships in Finland, Green said that his head was "not in it at the moment" despite the fact that physically he is "in the best shape" of his track career.
He is currently receiving support from England Athletics.
