    It looks to me like Munyao is really testing Bekele now. He knows how to win but you have to time your effort right in London, you can't get excited too early.

    The men's race looks like being a two-way battle between Alexander Mutiso Munyao and the great Kenenisa Bekele as we head into the closing stages.

    41-year-old Bekele would be a popular winner. He has won three Olympic golds and five world titles but has never won on the streets of London.

    I love watching Peres Jepchirchir race, she's a great champion. She has a huge respect for the marathon distance and her competitors. For her, the most important thing is winning and she is a winner. She will start as favourite in Paris.

    My grandson Jack and his fiancee Jess are running to raise money for the Duchenne muscular dystrophy family support group. Albert has Duchenne and knew he would never climb a mountain so Jack organised a group of people to help pull and push Albert's wheelchair up Snowdon - Jack carried him when the terrain was too tough. As a result enough money was raised to get Albert a state of the art wheelchair. Jess's bib number is 64274
