Sisters Tiffany Porter and Cindy Ofili dominated the women's 100m hurdles, while new Team GB recruit Zharnel Hughes shone in the men's 200m.

Scots Laura Muir and Eilidh Child left their opponents trailing in abject pursuit in the women's 1500m and 400m hurdles respectively, while there were strong wins for Dina Asher-Smith in the women's 100m, Rabah Yusif in the men's 400m and a British record for Tom Bosworth in the men's 5km walk.
