James Anderson on tour of India and Kevin Pietersen

England bowler James Anderson tells BBC Breakfast that India is an "unusual place to go as a cricketer" due to conditions on the sub-continent.

Anderson also discusses Kevin Pietersen's omission from the England set-up and reveals a hidden talent for left-arm spin bowling, joking that it "might be more useful" than his fast bowling in India when the first Test begins on 15 November.

The Lancashire seamer has taken 276 wickets in 73 Tests.
